Dear Sir and Madam,
The Board of Directors of Association S’envoler avec Andres has the honor to invite you to participate in the Ordinary General Assembly to be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 10:30h to 2, rue de l’Abreuvoir 78240 Aigremont France on the next agenda:
Agenda:
- Approval of the accounts
- Approval of the projected budget
- Various questions.
According to the article 14 of the statuses of our Association – modified on January 7th, 2018 and of the internal rules the assembly deliberates validly whatever is the number of present or represented members.
So, if you are not able of attending the General assembly, every member can be represented by another member of the Association provided with a power; the representation by anybody else is forbidden. Every present member cannot however hold a number of powers upper to 10 % of the total number of the members of the Association during the same assembly.
According to the point 8 ° of the article 14, the deliberations of the assembly – except those who are mentioned in the articles 17 (Modification of statutes) and 18 (Dissolution) are adopted with the majority of the present, represented members, and quite different member exercising its voting right by the means of communication described below.
By sending a power to white in the office of the Association, any member is considered for emitting a vote favourable to the adoption of resolution drafts presented or approved by the Council and a vote unfavourable to the adoption of the other projects.
The authorized modes of vote are the following ones:
1. by proxy (according to the article 14 1 of our statutes),
2. by postcard,
3. by electronic way (e-mail, form electronics, conference call, video conference).
The postal votes must be received 3 working days before the holding of the Assembly to be able to be recorded.
Also, the votes by electronic way must be emitted before the close of the Assembly.
