The Board of Directors of Association S’envoler avec Andres has the honor to invite you to participate in the Extraordinary General Assembly to be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 10h to 2, rue de l’Abreuvoir 78240 Aigremont on the next agenda:

Agenda:

  1. Proposal to amend Articles 14 (points 1 and 8) and 18 of the statutes of the association;
  2. Vote on the proposed amendments;
  3. Vice President Renewal;
  4. Various questions.

In accordance with our bylaws and our rules of procedure, a quorum of 50% of members with up-to-date membership must be attained for the meeting to deliberate validly. We therefore strongly count on your participation.

However, if this could not be the case, according to the statutes, you have the possibility to be represented by the member of your choice by giving him the attached document duly completed and signed.
